Message Notification with no message

We received an alert sound of a message on Etsy, yet when we check our messages, the shop does not have a notification, nor is there a message.

So if it doesn’t show, am I gonna lose my star seller status if I don’t answer a message we can’t find?

I received an alert notifying me that the old app was being removed by May 23.
