Message Metric not Updating on Dashboard

Hi there, 

I'm concerned that a new message from a buyer didn't show up in my Messages area, it still needs to be updated and I'm afraid that this will disqualify me for Star Seller status in October. 

The Star Seller info says that as a buyer sends a new message, this metric will be automatically recalculated. However, a new buyer messaged me 2 days ago and this still hasn't shown up in my Messages metric on my dashboard. 

Can someone please look into this technical issue and fix it? I responded to this seller within 2 hours of her initial message and I'd like my stats to reflect that.

@VintageFunCafe: Presuming that by 'new message' you mean the first Message of a new incoming thread, there may be a delay before it shows up in your stats. Usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you actually replied, plus Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) are updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay.

"Can someone please look into this technical issue and fix it?" Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
