My message history on star seller has not updated since 13th November.
How do I contact Etsy support directly?

@SusanNJewellery: Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay.

None of my star seller stats update on that supposed 24 hour time line. Some have taken a week to 2 weeks before they update but all eventually do. I have just stopped worrying about it.
