Message From Etsy Support its a spam or not

Hi 

I had a message from Etsy support and i really dont know if its a spam or not. 
is anyone received a message starting like this : 

Hello! It looks like your bank details are outdated and payments for orders are not reaching you.

but i receive my funds perfectly without any problem.

Look at your messages in a browser, not the app

If the message is from etsy, it is also in the "From Etsy" folder on the left hand side,

If it's not there, it's not from etsy, mark it as spam

It's always spam/scam. 

I don't believe Etsy would ever message you even if you didn't have current payment methods, they'd just put your shop on vacation and let you figure out why.

I just received one like this (not in the "from Etsy" folder). Scammers trying to get access to our banking and personal details. From one type of email they are fishing the banking info and with other methods email, address etc. Be aware.

I have received a lot of spam messages claiming to be from Etsy. Most of them asked me for the e-mail address.

Next to what CraftyCornishMaids mentioned, there should be a "Verified message from Etsy staff" badge under the message if it's legit.
