So I have one buyer whose been messaging me. I answer her question but then message me again with the same thing. The last message she said she was notified that I sent her a message but cant view it. It's like whatever message I send back to her she isn't receiving so its appearing as if Im ignoring her when Im not. Does anyone know why this is happening? Im concerned because she's been a good buyer and I dont want her to think Im snubbing her. I did send her a message to her email on file letting her know. But this is frustrating. It seems to be only with her. Others are messaging me and I can send replies and they are seen.
