discount not marked :(

Hi, I just start run a sale with 15 % discount, but can not be seen on first page, only when you open a listing

I believe the point of having a sale is to be seen on first sight Shall I wait or contact Etsy support?

Same is happening in my shop.  Etsy doesn't seem to want us to make a sale?  I have already shut down 2 shops looks like it is time to finally exit stage left.

Oh, if it will not show up on first page, I will cancel a sale, no point. I am so sorry for you!! But where to go ...

@WoodHistory   You have no sale listed at all.

If you do a sale that has contingencies like number of items or pricepoint, that will not show on the shop home page.

If you do a 15% with not contingiencies it will show on the shop home page.  

 When did you schedule it to start?  Is it a Labor day?  Etsy's is starting on the 23rd I believe.

Oh and buyers don't really visit shop home pages.  They visit listings and maybe sections.   Visiting home page has far fewer unless the buyer is looking for a particular shop.

You do not have a sale in your shop.  If you have a current sale Etsy will have added a sale section at the top of your sections and you don't have that. 

You do have at least one coupon code.  Are you sure you did not set up a coupon instead of a sale?  That happens a lot.  If you did set up a sale, did you schedule it or was it supposed to start immediately?  

Go to your sales and discounts page and look in the list of current sales and coupons to see if it is there.  Even if it is not active yet, it will be there and say scheduled.

All sales, straight % off or contingent will show on your shop home  page, they just show differently.
