Message Disabled

Hello,
My message are disabled from 2 month 
I am not capable to reply to my buyers as a new seller
I couldnot receive any email from etsy and also contact etsy support several times
and still my problem continue.
What to do please help and when i receive the response at my email

This most often happens as a result of a shop sending unsolicited messages, like sending discounts to people that have favorited their items or shop for example. If that is what happened, then there is nothing you can do but wait out the punishment for breaking the terms you agreed to. 

Anyone that is an actual buyer, as in has made a purchase, you will have their email address in their order confirmation.

You only have 1 sale, so only 1 buyer.

If you were going into other competitor's shops and messaging THEIR customers from their feedback... it is against the rules of Etsy.  If you sent out hundreds of unsolicited spam messages... you could have been muted, permanently.

yes,i understand your solution i mistakenly send my another email address to buyer as a result my message service is disable.
Now please help what's the solution if etsy support not response at email.

There is no solution other than to continue trying to contact Etsy through the Help center.

No one here can help you, as we are only other sellers.

If you were sending unsolicited emails with your own private email address to take sales OFF OF ETSY, then you could be permanently muted for FEE AVOIDANCE.

Having the same problem never abused messages contact support every day idk how you can run an Etsy shop without being able to respond to customers.
