Menu hidden by banner in Sales setup

There's an annoying bug which has been taken place for weeks now. When I set up a new sale or coupon code and try to select sections via the Select multiple listings box, the menu opens but not as the top layer. The top and bottom of that menu are hidden under the top and bottom banner so the categories at the top and bottom cannot be clicked on.

You might just need to Zoom out your browser, or clear your cache, or try another browser.

It's doing that in all my browsers, mobile and desktop, 4 different shops.

You may have minimized your screen.

I just did a sale option and had no problems.  It does sound like a computer issue of zooming rather than a browser or Etsy issue.

Check your zoom level on each device.

Yes! I thought it was just me as I've never seen anyone else voice this complaint. Sometimes the section I need to choose won't scroll up to be clickable, you can't even see it. The only way to fix it is to back out of finishing the sale set up and redo it ..which is a pain. It's actually been going on for months.
