Etsy seller app issue

etsy seller app has always worked for me until today.

when I go to create a listing, all I get is a black screen and then nothing

tried closing everything else - turning phone on and off

I’m using an iPhone

if any has any bright ideas I’d appreciate them - thanks

I'm aware that I can use a browser instead.... but isn't the whole point of the new and improved iOS App to make it easier.

I'm having the same issue. Also on iPhone. Using NEW "IMPROVED" ETSY APP for iOS/iPad.

I actually had this issue on the orange Sell on Etsy app. Here's the thing, until they add the "more" category that is on the orange to the new blue one, it's worthless IMO

I've been posting new listings to the new blue app for about a week... until last night when the screen goes black.

One would think that the "brains" at ETSY would not introduce a new seller app during the holiday season. EVERYBODY is losing revenue!!

It’s been happening to me all day only thing that works is copy a existing ad. So used the Etsy sells app I chatted with someone on Etsy they told me they would report it and to use Etsy online
