I have Big problem, no budgets no stars. No working

For half s month one day all dessapeared, my budgets, my star. Talked bybphone, they toldo me was not my fault , a technical issue. This new month i have all the BEST for my budgets and star Seller but It appears wrong in the general stadistics and not appearing another time

Yes, you can't get any badges if you don't meet the minimum sales amount.

By purple insignia, do you mean Star Seller?  It is not indicated on your shop page that you would be a star seller. If it was due to technical problem, only Etsy can help you with that.

In order to be eligible for star seller you first need to meet the sales criteria : minimum 5 sales AND $300. Then you get the badges. If you get all 3 badges, you are a star seller.

Your items are low priced so I'm guessing perhaps you did not get the $300 in sales during the last 3 months.

I don't think she is just talking about star seller.  She is also saying she had individual badges and they disappeared.  I don't believe the minimums apply for the individual badges, only for star seller.

s, thats the Matter. Badges are missed but i metvsll they ask for. Dessapeared and new month is the same. But imy stadistics are good. Ev en n, ive been star Seller for months, but its not only the problem

The minimums do need to be met in order to get any of the the mini badges.

Do you have a link to that?  That certainly applies to the Star Seller badge, but the only minimum I could find is that there needs to be five sales in the three months, then the stats begin to show for the individual badges.  No mention of minimum $ sales.

Go to Star Seller page.  Click on Customer Service Standards.  Go down to how to track your CS stats:

Yes, but also doesn't clearly state that the qualifications are the same for all 4 badges.  In fact, leaves that in question the way it is worded.  In fact, shows a different standard for customer service badges vs. star seller badge.

The fact that they are mentioned in the context of Star Seller badges doesn't prove anything.  They should be, because they are steps toward Star Seller.  But it would not be unusual for there to be additional requirements to gain the final step of Star Seller, and the $300 minimum would make sense to jump from an individual badge to being a Star Seller

Customer Service = basic standards.

Star Seller = higher standards.

Yes, that is a given when looking at the badges from the top, down.  But I think the OP is trying to figure out why she also lost her individual badges, not just the Star Seller badge.  That would imply she didn't make the 5 limit, regardless of the dollar amount.

@dayspringcollectible 5 Orders and T+USD $ 300.00 Revenue in the 3 Month Review Period are the qualifiers for any inividual Badges.

When SSP was first introduced, a Shop had to have all 3 Individual Badges to receive the overall SSP Badge.

But it became obvious that a Shop may be meeting all required benchmarks and timeframes but not receive any Messages so had no opportunity to fulfil the Message Response requirements. So Etsy decided to award the individual Badges and the overall SSP Badge to a Shop that met Sales No and Value qualifiers and also Shipping and Reviews. That is why you see some SSP Badge Shops with only 2 Individual Badges.

It is not 4 different Badges. It is 2 or 3 Individual Badges = SSP Badge when the 5 Orders and $ #00.00 Revenue minimums are met.

But, bottom liine is no 5 Orders ? $ 300.00 no individual or Overall SSP Badge/s

I don't think you can show me a clear statement of that in the policy, as we've seen in this ongoing discussion.  As I pointed out above, there in fact seems to be a clear distinction.

However, we all know that Etsy has a long history of being vague, obtuse, and confusing in any communication they put out.

So we'll just have to leave it that we have a difference of opinion in the interpretation of the existing statements.

@dayspringcollectible Not at a;ll wishing to enter a debate, but I, also, believe it importsnt for the sake of other, newer Sellers reading to understand that one does not "jump from" receiving 2 or 3 Individual Badges to Overall Star Seller Badge when the 5 orders and $ 300.00 Revenue benchmarks are met.

It is the opposite.

A Shop has to meet the 5 Orders and $ 300.00 Revenue benchmarks to qualiy for any Badges at all.

A shop has to achieve all 3 Individual Badges to then receive the overall SSP Badge. The only exception is Shipping for Digital Shops and Messages for Shops which receive no Messages in the Review period.

Also Etsy posts 2 different Service Standards levels on the CSS Page. The Customer Service Standards for SSP are "aspirational" as is the SSP and ailure to meet these benchmarks has no consequences other than no Badges.

The Customer Service Standards for Etsy Shop Performance ar "mandatory". These set lower benchmarks and failure to achieve these may result in reduced visibility.
