Hi! I am have been marked as missing on a package that did not "ship on time" or was due to tracking.  I checked the order that was reported on my star seller shipping list download. This was a custom order that actually shipped the very next day that it was ordered.... so a 1 day turn over time.  The allotted time was 4-5 weeks, so definitely within the time frame and way early.  I triple checked the shipping tracking number and it too matches the shipping tracking number I entered.  So, I don't understand why this particular order was marked as not shipping on time or with proper tracking.  Please help here.

Hello @HoneyHillDesignsLBee and @CandidasDesigns,

We've double-checked the order/s that is/are affecting your Star Seller, and it appears that the tracking number you've added, can't also be tracked on the carrier's website. In cases like this, it is possible that the number entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

 

While the on-time shipping metric won’t recognize tracking added after the shipping date, remember that orders older than three months will not count toward Star Seller metrics.


@StickyFingersCandyUS, it seems that the orders affecting your Star Seller were shipped after the ship-by-date. Please know that for an order to be counted positively toward your Star Seller, you'll need to ship and mark the order as complete within your processing window.

 

@TheHomespunLoft, we can see that the tracking events for the affected orders were showing on Etsy. It may take about 24 hours after an order has been shipped for the On-Time shipping to update.

I’ve had the same problem. They’ve marked some orders as tracking number not provided but they have been! It’s very frustrating.

There is another thread on this issue.

I too have this problem.. I spoke to Etsy today and they escalated it to tech to figure out why I am showing 3 listings shipped yesterday that show no tracking when in fact there was tracking and it was submitted to my order to close it and USPS actually shows that and they are moving thru the system. I have my receipts.

I think if Etsy is pushing us to care about SS then the least they could do is to get my stats right!

I had this same problem with a USPS tracking number (number provided on the order) and was even delivered already and Etsy is still showing it as Pre-Transit.  How am I responsible for Etsy not catching up with USPS?  This is the #  9400109205568859045747

My account went from 94% to 98% over night then you respond to me telling me I am wrong but ever bring up the fact that it as changed on your end without explaining to me why. Also, not one person has brought to me my original complaint that the PHONE APP and WEBSITE don't match. I have sent pictures, I have contacted call center, - not one person is actually helping the problem. - you guys just keep telling me im dumb and i need to ship on time.

I am constantly dealing with this issue as well. I have hand delivered a few times and always mark it as such-plus have gotten orders out sometimes same day or next day...and my shipping went from 100% down to 70%! It's beyond ridiculous!

Update.. all is well here..My percentages updated over night and I am at 100% again. (whew).

@EmagesEmbroidery  can'r you just highlight the number and copy and paste?? that way there would be no typo.
