Marked Complete By Dates on Star Seller Stats Missing

Hi all!

I've recently noticed that the "Marked Complete By" dates on my Star Seller Stats CSV file are all over the place. I ship lettermail (no tracking number) within Canada and I ship with tracking to the States. However, some of the Canadian orders show the correct Marked Complete By date on them, while some are missing it and therefore Etsy says they weren't shipped on time, despite being able to check all my completed orders to see that all of them do have a Completed By date on them. I have never once shipped an order late.

Not sure why this is happening? If it was for all of the orders I ship via lettermail it would make sense, but it seems to have a random assortment of orders that say either shipped on time or not.

If anyone has any ideas on this, it would be much appreciated!

As a seller from Canada, please know that aside from shipping the orders on or before the ship-by date, you also need to add a valid tracking number if the total value of the items purchased is CA$15 or above. For more information about this, you may check out this Help Article.

I think one point TonsofPaper was making was that some of their Canadian orders show a completion date and others, which were also shipped, do not. I have the same issue. Some Canadian orders indicate "completed on (date)" and others just indicate "completed". Why is ithis?
