For the past two weeks I have only had one or two listings expire. When I go to the last page where my oldest listings are I see several that have the expiration date in 2022. All my listings are manual renewals. I have no automatic renewals. There are dozens that should have expired by now. They are still showing as active so I guess I shouldn't complain but I wonder if they are coming up in search.
Title should be manual listings not expiring.
I see your oldest listing was listed in May 2022. I would just leave it alone.
A very similar thing is happening to me. The problem is, though, that Etsy won't allow me to place those items on sale. They see the past expiration dates, and won't allow me to include them in my sale. Yet they still show as active, even things from Dec. 2022. This is a problem.
Other people have written about this, I would just ignore it as it seems to be a glitch in the system somehow.
I searched for copper wall art ship and yours was on the first page of over 2,700 results so I think they are coming up in search.
Thanks for checking for me. I appreciate it and am relieved to hear I am being found in search.
This happens when items listed in a 31 day month (should) expire in a month that has less than 31 days. It's most evident for listings from October 28, 29, 30 and 31 which (should) expire on February 28. One of those days will expire, the rest will not. Ever.
I am having an issue with well over 100 of my listings, they are all set to auto renew and most of them did not renew and are not showing up in searches. I renewed a bunch of them manually. Not sure what to do as some of the listings are still showing on my shop and some are not?? Even one of them after I manually renewed and re-edited the listing still will not show up for the customer to purchase, I had to use a completely different listing for them to purchase.
Since I wrote this original post on April 12, not a single one of my listings has expired even though none of them are on "Automatic renewal". I know they are still active since they are searchable and I have even sold 2 of the items which should have technical expired many months ago. I guess this is a good problem to have since I am not being charged listing fees for anything except brand new listings, but it still makes me a little concerned. Is this happening to anyone else?
Currently, over 1/2 of my listings have an expired date of them! I asked my daughter, who lives out of state, to look to see how many listings show in my shop. All the listings show when she looked. But, I just read somewhere that if someone goes to purchase those items, it will not allow the purchase to complete. Anyone know about this? I love free listings, but not if they can't be purchased!
