Major error in On time shipping & Tracking' stats

According to the 'On time shipping & Tracking' stats in the CVS I see that one order is marked as not shipped on time. Also there seems to be no processing time. 
This order was ordered 10 December and I have shipped it (completely tracked and traced) on 11 December. 
My processing time is 1 to 5 days and I have not changed that in a long time, so the order was processed and shipped completely within time. So how can this not be processed and shipped on time?
Now I have gone on my customer service stats on On time shipping & tracking from 100% to 94% and this is not right. This also means that I will lose my Star Seller badge, while I have been a Star Seller for 3 years now and I am working very hard to do everything perfectly. I am very stressed about this issue.

I can hardly believe it.....but the problem seems to have been fixed for me!!! And.....I just got my Star Seller Badge back!!! It's unbelievable. I'M SO HAPPY!!!

@SoulGemJewellery: "Also there seems to be no processing time." This is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time. There is a November 2022 response ("solution") from an Etsy Admin to this issue at https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Missed-star-seller-due-to-apparently-missing-processi...

Based on other posts in this forum, the ability to have this corrected by support seems to be rather hit or miss depending on who you get.

A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.

Thank you for your reply @BagmakerSupply, but November 2022?....that is such a long time ago... Is this still an ongoing error? Or has the problem arisen again? I don't see any recent posts about this issue.
And wow! NOT mention Star Seller. Are Star Sellers falling out of Etsy's grace?

@SoulGemJewellery: As far as we can tell, the problem has been ongoing, albeit sporadic, all that time.

"Are Star Sellers falling out of Etsy's grace?" Probably not, but Support and the Virtual Assistant appear to be trained to send people to the forum as soon as 'Star Seller' is mentioned as they do not have the authority or ability to manually adjust Star Seller stats.

Not mentioning Star Seller seems to keep the focus on the actual issue. While the stats cannot be manually adjusted in some cases the underlying data can be corrected and then the stats auto-update.

@SoulGemJewellery   The error happens so infrequently and to so few that Etsy tends to put things like this on the list to correct after the many other things that need their immediate attention.

It is also possible the resolution can only be done on a case by case basis.

Thanks for your respons @JDTotesnDolls. I had contacted Etsy Support by chat. They've said they had highlighted my issue and that they will send me an email about it, but till now I haven't received that email. I really hope they will fix it before the end of the month.

Well, it's official now....I have lost my Star Seller badge, after being 3 contiguous years being a Star Seller, due to that (by Etsy Support admitted!) error in my customer service stats.
Apparently, they are not able to fix it, what a shame
