Yesterday, I received a new order — and to my surprise, the expected dispatch label that used to say “Dispatches by...." was replaced by “No estimated dispatch date.”
It turns out your latest update, as usual, is poorly implemented and is directly costing me sales. I am extremely frustrated, because half of my listings no longer show any estimated delivery time at all. That means customers have no idea when they’ll receive the product.
I run an honest shop and always ship on time — but technically, I could now send this order a year from now and still be compliant, since there is no visible delivery estimate.
I strongly recommend testing new features properly on staging environments before rolling them out to all sellers. These kinds of oversights should not be happening on a platform as large as Etsy.
This issue has been reported to support, but I’m writing here because I assume many sellers are wondering why their shops have suddenly stopped making sales. It turns out that listings without visible delivery times are excluded from search filters — which explains a significant drop in visibility.
Please treat this with urgency and provide a fix as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
We’re aware of this situation and our teams have identified that the launch of Processing Profiles on May 21 caused an issue that resulted in processing time details being removed for a small percentage of listings. We have sent an email with the information about this issue to all sellers on June 5, 2025. Additional details are also available here.
Might be wrong as didn't check all, but it appears to be your listings that have already sold before, the other listings have a get it by 2-12 June, all the ones I checked in the sold list had none.
There was a post about this the other day.
When I clicked your "Jungle Wall Decal" listing it said:
"This will be made just for you! Prep time varies. Contact the shop to find out when it will dispatch."
Open your listing to check whether everything is correct or whether it says made to order.
settings are correct. Order ready to ship, created in recent years. New Dispatch time set. Still no estimated delivery time visible.
Unfortunately, these offers were not sold, what's more, I tried to enter new data. Nothing - still no shipping information displayed.
Same has happened to me this morning - 2 new orders, both say 'NO ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE' - very frustrating - one of them has already messaged me asking when it will be dispatched!! This will definitely put customers off purchasing!
Same thing happened to me with a order and it doesn’t give me an estimated ship by date
I just saw a new processing field today when I was editing some of my listings ... it was super helpful and I hope it helps you, too!
Go to your shop manager listings page --
I hope this helps!
All my listing have a processing time selected and showing within the listings. It’s that orders made in my queue are now not showing the estimated ship date based off that processing time. It has been working for years and now all of a sudden is not.
