Code erreur

Depuis des mois, je ne parviens plus à ajouter une fiche produit dans ma boutique , je peins des tableaux. Malgré de multiples échanges avec  Etsy support, changement de navigateur et nombre de manipulations, rien n’y fait, je recois toujours un code d’erreur rouge

Duplicate on of your existing listings, then edit the new one.

Can you use copy?

What does the error code say?  Is this an error due to not filling in the listing completely without spaces or does it no load?

If it is not loading it might be you have an extension that is blocking.  Or it might be your VPN or malware security halting the listing. Try turning VPN off or the security temporarily to see if that is the issue.
