Not sure what’s happening but I see a sale with the item chosen by customer but it says 0$ on the revenue board
any idea? Did the customer payment did not register, it’s been few hours already

Did the sale appear in your order section? if not then the payment is still processing or failed
It must be still processing 24 h later
I think I’ll cancel the sale and ask the customer to order again,
Looks like your last sale was Oct 1st.
If it's in processing, you would not be able to cancel it anyways, @ZamArtisan .
