Using the Etsy Seller App, I frequently use the "View Shop on Etsy" feature. I use this to evaluate my listings on my iPhone. I am now getting a message, "Uh oh, there is a problem. This shop appears to be closed." This concerns me. My shop is not closed. I would like to discuss this with customer support, and the support page indicates that a question might be handled by a chat, email or phone call. Are these support options no longer available?
