What sometimes happens is the email provider decides that a company is sending out too many emails and stops it from going to the inbox. Like a pre-spam filter filter. This also happens if the certificate or other element has expired from the place that is sending the emails.
I am in the process of changing email providers because mine is protecting me from too many emails (amazon, anything with a zoom link, my library...) and I cannot get the customer support to just let the f-ing emails through and let me decide what do and don't want to read thank you very .... it's been three years of dealing with this. Stupid AI trying to make life easier.
I got an email from etsy a few hours ago about a sale. Since I ship twice a week (when I go into town), I check the day before shipping to see if anything needs to be packed.
