MY STORE BECOME A STAR SELLER AND CLOSED THE NEXT DAY

I opened my Etsy shop about 8 months ago and it started working selflessly. At the end of these 8 months, my shop got to a good point and I quit my job and started doing this full time job and became a star seller. The next day, my shop was closed even though I did not commit any violations. Then I did some research and came across a lot of people who were just like me and they were all turned off the same way. We are not guinea pigs. Right now my livelihood is gone and ETSY is responsible for it. I've been advertising and paying out of pocket for months and it was my first time making money and my account was closed. I am in a serious depression.

yes, I had to write from someone else's account in order to write to the forum where my shop is closed. My shop is closed and I didn't even get an email. my closed shop "svgoffice"

Is it the shop from this account you're posting from? What were you selling? Did you check your email spam folder? While there are instances in which shops have been closed by mistake, a lot of people don't realise they have violated etsy's TOS. What was the name of the shop that got closed?

Svg and png files. I did not commit any violations, I did not have any billing problems, I did not have any problems. However, after my store closed, I did some research and 2 different stores put my designs on sale. Could it be because of this? So what should I do?

I am not seeing anything that violates etsy from a cached version of your shop.  Do start the appeals process https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115015672628-How-to-Reinstate-Your-Suspended-Account?segment...

As your shop is deleted, am unsure as to why. Did you get an email titled “permanently suspended”. It should give the reasons. Was there an over due bill? Did you have any other etsy accounts in the past? Did you have any notices of infringement?

Etsy usually closes for a reason. Were all of your items either handmade, a supply or vintage? Reselling is not allowed on etsy.

I did not receive any mail. In the lower left corner of the panel, it says "Your account has been suspended".

You have to file an appeal and you have to be very patient about it, as it takes weeks for Etsy Team Review. [it could be a month or 2].

@488ArtPrints   You can try to file an appeal but there's no guarantee your shop will be re-opened. Are you located in Turkey?

The reason for the closure of your shop was confirmed , by you as IP infringement . You  stated that you have been sued because of it . There is no way back for you from this i'm afraid.
