Hi everyone! Is anyone else having a problem with the Star Seller shipping, erroneously showing that you're missing tracking numbers? I always, always include the tracking number when completing an order, yet the Star Seller totals never show 100% concerning tracking numbers. It always shows that I've missed one or two tracking numbers even though I haven't. I'm just wondering if anyone might have a solution for handling this problem. Thanks so much!

The Tracking metric is the percentage of orders that include a tracking number that shows tracking on Etsy. To get a closer breakdown of your orders that were counted as late, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Export’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.
Check the order's tracking, check the carrier, and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. Tracking events should show on the carrier website and in our tracking partner https://www.aftership.com/track. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

The on-time tracking rating needs your orders to have valid tracking that shows tracking events on the carrier website and in our tracking partner Aftership.

Download your CSV file to see what is happening and where you are suppose to have missed or not showing.
Go to Sop Manager > Settings > Options then click tab on top "Download Shop Data" open into spreadsheet and vie or printout. You will have to open a ticket in the help and send info of what you find, as Etsy will have to be notified for changes. You will prob get Bot answer so just reply "I still need help" same info and that will send forward to person to look at. Also keep using the same ticket you started with, repeat that same "I still need help", dont send another as that just gives another ticket back to bot answer. This may or may not take some time so patients is needed. : )

@SimplyFaithByVicki Are all of your packages scanned at acceptance? What is the shipment status on the order itself? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking and often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated.
