A customer just reached out to me to say "I think you have a video on your listing that does not represent your intended item" Baffled by what they could mean, I ran to my listing and WHAT IN THE WORLD?? My listing video that Ive had up since videos could be on listings has been replaced by some random video of seemingly someone else's video! I have never seem this video before- I did not upload it- My listing is a pair of earrings- the replaced video is of someone else's video of an earring- one I do not sell and have never laid eyes on in my life....what kind of crazy glitch is this??

This is not the first time I’ve seen this problem mentioned in the forums. Very strange.
Wow! ok! That is very good to know! Thank you for the response- I was very troubled by this when a customer reached out to let me know. SO strange.
There have been others… once it was a naked person or something. At that time, we were thinking maybe change the name of the file, but I don't know if that completely fixed the issue. If you are using a generic name for the video, I would change it… the previous issues were fixed by uploading the video again, but changing the name when that is done.
I'd change my password in case someone has hacked your account.
