I am on Etsy sine 2023 and my shop was running smoothly and suddenly on 27th-May -2025 Etsy says that they are unable to verify my GST as it says it is inactive and not regular but I shared all the rquired details that my GST is active and regular and infact I shared the GST certifcate and the screenshots of the GST portal which says it is active and my request is still open and I have got no reply nor solution nor any meesage from Etsy now what I need to do now. Please Etsy help me resolve this issue as soon as possible

You need to contact Etsy Support:

They will send you automated responses at first. Keep replying to their responses until you get to a human who understands your problem. Do not start a new support request as a reply. Starting a new support request will cancel all previous support requests and put you back to the start of the process.

Make sure that the name and address in your finances > legal & tax information > legal shop information is exactly the same as that on the GST registration.
Also check the GST registration number that you entered, eg. no spaces, and no mistakes such as using letter O instead of number 0 (or number instead of letter).

Yes have crosschecked it many times and it is same and the shop was running smoothly from 2 years and suddenly this came and Etsy says that our GST is inactive but we have every details that shows it is active and there is no reply from Etsy customer service as well. No message on chats and opened the request too but no reply on the request also. Now as a seller what should I do? Please Etsy help
