I meet all of the star seller criteria for March. I received one review and it was a 5 star review. It was not included in the calculations. Perhaps because it was on 2/28?
It's likely a time zone issue. What time did you receive the review on the 28th? If it was later in the day then that may be why. The star seller bits are on UTC time zone which makes everything even more confusing sometimes. I had the same issue in one of my other shops with a review from the last day of the month. It was submitted like 10 minutes after it had turned the 1st of the next month in UTC time. You can try to contact etsy support about it but they won't make any changes to anything star seller related.
