Lost my star seller status due to messages not updating!!

Downloaded my message history to confirm and I have received (and replied within 24hrs!!) to multiple messages that aren’t showing in my message history, and therefore due to the like 3 messages total that didn’t get a response within 24hrs I lost my star seller rating

why aren’t all my messages showing in message history and counting towards my star seller status ???

When were the messages received? Was it the last couple days of the month? If so then that's why. 

Help Center explains here https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403058372503-How-to-Become-a-Star-Seller-?segment=selling

"Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period"

Ugh I guess but that’s ridiculousbc now I’m being penalizedby losing my star seller even though I responded to those messages!!

Also the messages are not even showing on the newer downloadoption. Just not showing on the star seller message history whatsoever for no apparent reason. Like 3-4 messages that I can find in my messages are not anywherein the download

Messages on the last couple of days of March cannot hurt nor help your April star seller.  It is sort of like they don't exist until April.

Not sure how they are not showing.  Not showing you replied, not showing at all?  If they were earlier in the month and are not showing, then you will have to contact Etsy.

To avoid this in the future, use the automated reply, I always schedule mine to last at least 5 days before I renew the message. And I do reply to all messages within the 24 hours ( more like an hour's time ) even though my first reply is the automated one
