unfortunately I lost my Topseller badge.
Once I was too late because the PostNL carriers do not take large packages up to 174 centimeters, while this is described in their policy.
Fortunately, this package was destined for a customer in Holland, and I was able to deliver the package myself.
Now the Etsy system says that I did not send 2 packages on time last month, despite the fact that I did send them within the agreed time and entered it as such.
I find it frustrating and disappointing that the Etsy system seems to take on a life of its own and neither the employees nor I can do anything about it.
@BoomShoppers: Sorry that you were caught by this. but if you have not yet done so, you might want to read https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000338067-How-to-Offer-Local-Pickup-or-Delivery?segment=s...
Will local pickup orders be part of my evaluation for a Star Seller badge?
All physical listing orders must include a valid tracking number or a shipping label purchased on Etsy to be considered for a Star Seller badge. At this time, we’re unable to make exceptions for local pickup orders.
This also applies to delivery orders.

I'm hoping this is something they change so that they can allow for local pick ups and deliveries by shop owners.
I'm sorry but hopefully no to that unless Etsy implements Ebay's system. It is risky to hand deliver. It has no purchase protection. It is spending your profit from the sale to deliver. And Etsy has no way of knowing if you, the seller, actually did deliver the item. Tracking is one way.
I know that is not what you want to hear but certain measures have to be taken to safeguard the venue for everyone,
It's funny that Etsy search is pushing "shop local" and then punishes the seller for getting local sale.
I really don't understand why Etsy can't introduce the same system that eBay uses, where a code is generated for local pick-ups that confirms receipt. It seems counter-intuitive to encourage buying local and then penalise for doing exactly that.
I agree this method would help and perhaps Etsy could offer it but. it don't consider it counter intuitive. Having someone come to your home that you don't know or meeting someone someplace no matter how well lit can be a recipe for misfortune. People have been robbed and in one case killed for doing hand delivery. That is the flip side to this kind of service.
And without doing something like what eBay has, Etys would have no way of knowing if a seller delivered the item. And unfortunately we have sellers that don't fulfill orders. (Happens on Amazon too)
