Hey - not sure if this can be amended by Etsy, but for a few of my tracking numbers, the courier/shipping company defaulted to FedEx when it was actually meant to be Australia Post. This means that the tracking number (on the csv document) was flagged as "no". Do you think Etsy would be open to remedy my star seller status because of this?
Hello @PrintedDelightsCo,
When adding a tracking number, please check the carrier and the tracking number and make sure they match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. However, in the event of a mismatch, you have the option to edit the tracking details within three days from the time you added them.
Thank you very much!
No. If you correct now they will probably show as late.
@PrintedDelightsCo: Unfortunately, Etsy had made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data. This is something that you have a limited window to correct yourself on the actual order.

No good enough when it's Etsy that causes it to default to fedex or dhl even after you have put aust post. It's done that to me twice today alone out of 12 orders.
you have 3 days to correct it, so go back and correct it
I think @SirensPotteryTools did correct it.
But the point is: Nobody should have to check whether everything is still correct after the order has been completed.
