I am curious if any of you are experiencing a total loss in message formatting between the desktop and phone app? As a seller, we answer all of our messages on our desktop computer. We often list product links in the middle of the message for buyer's to choose from and we also use paragraphs to make the email easier to follow and read. When you look at it in the message area of the new phone apps (apple specifically), it is a giant run on sentence with no line breaks and the product links are missing from the message (just posted at the bottom which doesn't make sense if you are trying to help them differentiate between products)
The last message I sent looked like this at the bottom :
"Here are a few links to check out GigiGlam Team"
So there is no line break, which makes certain words become run on and it looks and reads terrible. Also there is no link in the message - they are all just at the bottom which doesn't make any sense when reading the email.
Etsy please fix this!!
* I tested a few messages and this is only happening when we insert a link to one of our etsy products. The formatting stays intact for all over emails sent. I guess there are work arounds to this but would really just prefer not to send several emails!
I have had a problem with missing links, too. I have received a couple of messages from customers along the lines of "How long will it take to receive this?" with no "this" in their messages. they sent a link but it didn't show up in their messages.It was confusing until I realized ahhh, it must be another Etsy glitch.
