Hi there! I'm Cristiana, the owner of Fairy Goods Mother shop, I'm new on Etsy and I need an honest opinion of my shop https://fairygoodsmother.etsy.com
I recently opened this shop selling cosmetic llabel template designs and I'm curious what other sellers with experience think. What should I change or do to attract customers? Any advise is more than welcome.
Thank you so much! Xxx
I buy from you, go to another site, make another (free) account, find the template I paid you for, do my own editing ... and then finally get what I paid for??? If I were tech savvy, I'd go directly to Canva and make my own using their free image library. If I was time-poor (like most business owners), I'd move on to a shop that would do the editing for me and I'd have a product ready to go.
Your shop isn't finished. I don't see any evidence that you're a 'real' designer. You have so much competition and your niche is really narrow. You need to lift your game if you want to make a go of your business.
@FairyGoodsMother: You will probably get more help if you post in a more appropriate forum like https://community.etsy.com/t5/Shop-Critiques/bd-p/shop-critiques?ref=gnav since your post is not a technical issue. However you might want to finish your shop (location, about, etc) first.
