Can't See Mail Message

I just received a message from a potential buyer and can't read it on my desktop.  When I click on the message, it appears blank.  I cleared my cache and have the same result.  I can read it on my phone, however.

The same thing is happening to me. I can read some messages on my desktop but some I cannot.

I can see the message on the Etsy seller app! But not on any other browser.

I’ve only had one message that came in overnight and the same thing happened to me. On the app I could see the entire message but in safari and my desktop the message was like didn’t even have the username. After I responded through the app, then the message showed up in safari and my desktop.

I'm having the same problem, when I try to read a message I only see a single line about a centimetre in depth and therfore can only read part of the message at a time. I missed a message completely the other day. Etsy couldn't help as I made the mistake of saying the only information on my mail box is the warning message, this in turn left the etsy helper just going on about how to protect myself from scammers and nothing about this tiny window. I sent a message to spam the other day and my inbox has been useless ever since. Any advice to get my message pages open would be great please

I received a message from a buyer.  I went to read it on my phone (Etsy app) but it said something went wrong and try again.  I tried over and over.  Then I went to my laptop and tried there.  The message box is blank.  Other past message are there but not the most recent.  I have restarted everything and nothing works.
