The strangest thing has happened twice lately. Customers have complained that when they downloaded the PDF for a pattern they purchased, they received the wrong pattern. All my listings have been online for years with auto renewals. Both of these patterns have sold multiple times, one of them is one of my best sellers, without a problem. I can't figure out how the PDF's are suddenly being switched on these listings. Has anyone else had this issue. I can certainly make mistakes, but I think I would remember if I decided for no reason to go into an established listing and change the PDF file attached. Most of my reviews are 5's but I received a 1 (and I don't blame the customer) the first time this happened. Messed up my Star Seller rating! Thankfully, the latest customer contacted me before adding a review and I was able to correct it.
