I have an issue with an order that I received more than a week ago.
A buyer purchased a listing and I received the payment in my paypal account inmediately (I belong to the small bunch of countries that does not have Etsy Payments so I still have standalone paypal).
The problem is that in my seller dashboard for some reason, it appears as if the payment has not been cleared, in red letters it says "NOT PAID".
But the order has been paid since day 1.
The order is stuck in that situation and the system does not allow me to cancel or add the tracking code, I already sent the order. It must be some glitch but I am not sure how to solve it.
