Well in to Day 2 now. I want to use my laptop from time to time when managing my little shop. Yesterday I attempted to log on. The displayed a window saying that they are detecting me using a different computer (well, the truth is I've used my laptop to log on in the past, but not in a number of months -- I digress). They put up a message that they will be sending a six digit code to my email in "about 60 seconds". I wait a few minutes, because, you know.............. Guess what, they don't send an email with a six digit "code"! But they do send an email that says, someone has tried to log in to your account, if this was you, pay no attention. So I pay on attention and check the other address for a six digit "code". Nothing. I check spam folders. Nothing. So I go back to the window and click, "send again". I do this numerous times throughout the day. Nothing. If their process actually worked, I should have at least 50 emails containing a six digit "code". But alas, nothing. Only the first, one and only, email telling me to "ignore it", because it's just me, trying to log on, using my laptop, that I have used before.
Please pass this message to the techs that can do something about this. I'm sure they know who to call.

You can ask for the code to be sent as a message to your phone and then enter it on the app. Will that help you today?
