I am a first time Etsy store owner. My store is called GLOBAL CUPS...but I see that the one that has the ETSY logo by it is GLOBAL DESIGN WORKS. Initially I was thinking that title would allow the sale of more than just cups. Then when I click the drop down I see GLOBAL CUPS and there is NO ETSY logo. It says simply "connected." Two friends purchased cups this week but the orders did not go through to Printify. Do you think the problem is with the GLOBAL DESIGN WORKS? How would you troubleshoot this? I had to refund the women so it became a costly exercise.
Also can I temporarily take the store offline until I correct the problem?
Did you check your Other Orders tab in Printify?
You don't need to necessarily cancel, you can place them as Manual Orders on Printify until you solve this.
No, but I will look. Since I am brand new and no longer even live in the US, I just didn't want the women to worry, so I gave them their money back. Since then, I have also reduced the prices of my cups. So now I will go search for the "other orders" tab on Printify. Thank you, Jocelyn.
I just checked my "Other Orders" tab in Printify and there aren't any orders.
So this is what I think might be the issue. I initially wrote (at least I think) that my overall company was Global Design Works. That way I can sell all kinds of Print on Demand things. My storefront says Global Cups because we are doing just cups on that site. The Etsy logo is by the Global Design Works, but next to Global Cups, it merely says "connected." The cups are on the correct site: Global Cubs.
If you have any other thoughts, I would so appreciate your input.

Making a refund does not cost anything.
I would troubleshoot it by asking Printify for help.

Did you pay Printify to fill the orders? I believe you have to pay Printify to make the cups. You won't receive the funds from Etsy for 3 days. That may be where the problem lies.
I recall leaving a balance at Printify of $100 but will check. I had to refund the women because I didn't know how to fix the issue and we all know Etsy won't take phone calls.
Something's not synced right, your Etsy Shop to Printify, use Printify Chat and get them to look and guide you. Also, make sure you didn't accidently create 2 stores on the Printify end and are looking in the wrong one.
All my orders go into Other Orders on Printify because I don't use SKUs and I have Manual Order Approval set, for possible cancellations within 8 hours of an Etsy order, by a buyer.
OK. I will look for Printify chat. Do you think they work on weekends?
I have a feeling Printify thinks I have two stores and eventually I will.
