Location of icon on mobiles

It appears in the samples shown for creating large Banners that the position of the icon changes from the left side location (below the banner) when viewed from a mobile phone to the centre position. But it isn't working on mine. It remains on the Left and blocks part of my banner. Does anyone know how to/or if I can fix this?

@humbledabbler: There is probably nothing you can do as this sounds like poorly thought out CSS.
