Since you didn't state your problem-- how would anyone know if they have the "same" problem? . Etsy Chat works on their own schedule. I guess if it isn't working for you right now-- try again in an hour or so.
I have contacted Etsy support specialist through chat earlier today and now I have another issue to resolve but there is no way I can get an answer. It seems like my messages are not received.
