The Live chat button is broken - Window opens, but "Can't load messages" is displayed, and "tap to retry" does absolutely nothing. On Windows and Android.
Obviously, a technical glitch.

There was nothing under Technical issues, hence why I posted it here for hopefully Etsy to look into.
