When is the new live chat hours?  I thought it was 7AM-8PM EST, but I still don't have the option for live chat.  Saturday morning I saw a notification that I had been put on vacation mode because I needed to review my account info.  I did that immediately but I am still stuck in vacation mode.  I put a ticket in and I have received nothing since.  I opened another ticket and it was closed (I assume because it was a duplicate ticket?)  I am just trying to find out what happened to my account.  I have been a star seller since the start seller system came out and I can't find out what has happened to my account.  Please help!

They crazy thing is, I still got an email this morning saying that I've qualified as a star seller for October.  What is going on here???

Please enter your location.   I assume you are in the US.  Etsy will take the provided information and compare it to see if it is accurate.  It may take 48 hours or more for them to reopen the shop.

Take one email and reply back to it.  Don't open up more than one.

Check the previous CSV for star seller to see if you actually did make star seller.   

It is also possible that this is a glitch since I don't see star seller but the one used when a seller did not reach any goals.  That includes 5 orders and $300.

Yes, I am in the US.  My badges aren't showing up because my account has been limited.  At least that's what it says on my star seller tab.  It still shows that I've qualified for star seller.  This has got to be some crazy glitch in the system, it shouldn't take anything at all for someone in the tech team to confirm and correct.

UK seller here, exact same thing has happened to me today... I've been on the platform since 2019, no email explanation as to why my shop's been put on vacation mode, I can't see any faults in my account. Tried to contact Etsy today but it seems the only way is waiting for them to respond to emails... whenever that might be.
