Auto Renew and Expire Listings not updating

I have listings from Sept. 30th that were supposed to either automatically renew or expire and they have not done so yet.  Is there an issue with this?

Are these listings still visible in your shop aka still active? If so, leave them alone. Once they sell, it will reset the glitch that is giving you the freebie.

If they don't sell you could eventually get hit with a big relisting fee bill.

I have several like that as well. I sent the info to ETSY and never heard back. I'll  leave them going till they get expired properly !

I've noticed that most of my listings don't expire on the day indicated but a day or two later.

I consider it a couple of free days.

And I have some listings that have lived for years - I think it's due to a leap year. I consider those free listings. I'm actually planning on doing a lot of listings this year hoping that they won't expire leap year 2025.
