I was needing the shipping status of an order resolved. The order was delivered...however I am unable to "complete" it using the tracking number. So now I have an order that is stating that shipping is two days late...when in actuality it was shipped a week prior. This will affect my Star Seller Status. So frustrating!! I have inserted the tracking number to no avail. Live Chat said they would escalate it to tech..which was several days ago. I tried using CHAT again in both of my stores, but no one responds. So frustrating!! If Etsy requires so many "rules" from sellers...they should have more consideration for their "stores" and an easier way to communicate.
Mine stopped working on March 26th. Their last comment (after being really unhelpful) was not to hesitate contacting them again if I had any more questions, and now all my requests are just ignored. I have opened two support requests too, which they answered with completely irrelevant links and when I check them they both say "completed". I seem to have hit a dead end.
@CharminglySportsy @Chromatelier If your Chat is frozen, you need to open an email ticket to fix it. This happened to me last year and it took about a day to correct. It's taken a bit longer for some others.
Make sure the ticket is as concise as possible. Don't include any of the info you actually need help with. E.g. subject: My chat is frozen. Description - My live chat is frozen. Please restart it.
@CharminglySportsy , @Chromatelier chat support doesn't work. I have the blue bubble but no one is responding. Not even an automated bot. You'll have to rely on email or if call back is still effective, use that option.
