Suddenly I can no longer see my listings, I just have a blank page when I go in to view or edit them. They seem to have disappeared but my site still looks ok.
Never had this before. Anybody else experienced this.
Just heard from the help desk. Here is their reply: Hey there! Thank you so much for reporting this, it lets us know how widespread the issue is and helps our teams prioritize fixes. Our engineers are currently looking into what's causing the Listing management page to display as blank and I’ve added all of the details from this ticket to their investigation so they have more information to work with.
Yes, I needed to update inventory on some listings and add some new ones and I can't access the listings page either! This is the type of thing I wish Etsy would concentrate on fixing. Making sure we don't have these constant glitches across the board.
Is it just me or does it seem like site issues are getting worse?
