I keep having an issue with trying to add a new listing with a zip code error. I have tried everything and I have reached out in multiple ways. So now I'm stuck and can not put up any new listings. Help!
I had that problem a few months ago and only fixed it by changing my shipping profile. It originally had "other" for shipping method (as a way of avoiding Etsy's delivery predictions) but I couldn't create the new listing without changing it to First Class Mail. It had nothing to do with zip codes but I think the error message said it did.
Can you try another browser? I've been adding listings in Safari with no problem. Or, if you're using the Sell on Etsy app, don't. Use a browser. Less buggy.
