Take off vacation mode and they should show up

shop manager > settings > options > vacation mode tab

If you didn't put it in vacation mode you need to go to the help section and contact Etsy to see what's up. 

Submit a request – Etsy Help

If you get a canned reply, click on "I need more help" and don't send another request as then they think your first request was answered. Stick to the same message they send.
