Listings wrongfully removed.

I suspect many are having this problem. For the second time Etsy has removed one of by best-selling items, citing "violating creative policies". I design, sew, and hand-dye my clothing (except for some t-shirts that I do dye). I work alone and do everything myself. Etsy is the only platform I sell on.

The first one was capri leggings. I sent a message and photos. It took them 3 weeks to respond and they re-instated my listing with absolutely no compensation or apology.

This time it is my mid-length fingerless gloves. It's approaching 4 weeks with no response. I have lost almost 4 weeks of sales. I have sold more than 1000 pairs of this style. I'm not getting any response and that is very upsetting. What's worse is that I fear I'm going to be targeted again and again. I have not done anything wrong. I've been selling on Etsy for about 8 years and have over 21,000 sales. My shop is highly rated.

Are you doing reverse image searches to see if anyone is stealing your photos?

If they have, then they are stealing customers and their revenue too.

You need to do reverse image search, to check if they are, and issue takedown notices to those sites, it is your responsibility to police your IP.

Then, when you appeal to esty, attach copies of the takedown notices.
