Listings that show active in my dashboard, are actually not showing up on Etsy.

Hi! I have a few listings (and more keep getting added to the list) that show under the active section of the dashboard but are actually not active on Etsy. I can edit them, but not publish them. Has anyone else faced this issue? How did it get resolved? I have been chatting with Etsy support for over a month now, but it's not getting resolved. Any help will be hugely appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I see 946 listings in your shop. How many should there be?

Have you tried deactivating one and then wait a few minutes and reactivate it again?

When you edit one, why can't you publish it again? Is there an error message? Something highlighted??

Yes, it displays an error when I try to publish it. Just saying error on top in a red band.

Check all the listing sections incase something is not filled out - sometimes I find that the date it was made becomes empty and has to be reset.

Alternatively, you could try making a copy and publish that but it would mean that you lose all past history on that item, so if you made any sales or got favourites then sadly those would be lost. I just wondered if it was worth a try as a test (just do one). It might help you narrow down what the issue is - if the new copy is okay then I would assume the error was a bug in the system.

My guess is that it has to do with "swaddle" in your listings. Etsy has stopped selling certain sleep related baby items .
