Listings not showing up in my shop

I keep having issues where only 3 of my listings are showing up on my Etsy shop. The listings show in the categories but you can’t pull them up. This has happened twice now, and it’s affecting my orders terribly ! Not sure how long it was happening before one of my regular customers sent me a message. 
How do I fix this ? Has anyone else had this happening? And why is it happening ?
all these years I have never had a problem with Etsy. Any thoughts? Resolutions?

When I looked at your shop I see all of your listings, plus several of them are in prospective buyers' carts.   I am using a desktop computer.

Yes because I said I deactivated and reactivated to fix it

Weird. It says you have 53 listings. When I added up your sections, it only equals 44. But when I look at each section all 44 are there.

not all items have been put into a shop section... they are just loose end listings.

as I mention above, not all your listings have been put into one of your shop sections.

go through the motions of clearing your cache etc and checking you are up to date on both your browser & app.

My listings have just disappeared from my shop , they show in the categories but customers cannot pull them up. 
this has happened 3 times in a few days ! I deactivated all my listings and reactivated them to make them show up!
This is horrible! It has affected my sales! I wouldn’t have even realized it if one of my customers had not messaged me and asked about it! I have to check it numerous times a day to make sure it’s working correctly. I’ve been with Etsy for a long time and have never had a problem until now. Is anyone else having this problem? How to I contact Etsy to fix this? Nothing matches as far as trying to get them to email me back . Help!
