Listings aren't visible in UK only

Hi everyone... Can someone advice me on the visibility of my listings as Etsy customer service isn't helping me nor replying to the opened support ticket. I am based in UK and only 4 listings are visible out of 60 listings. 

The listings are visible in other counties like USA because I am getting regular orders. On the live etsy chat, they guy told me it may be because the items aren't allowed in UK specific region but my question remained unanswered that how come 4 listings are visible in that case?

If they aren't allowed then those 4 listings shouldn't be visible either.  

Can someone please direct me what could be the issue. Many thanks

Looks like your items are blocked in the UK due to the knife ban. Do you mention 'blades' in the listings (title or tags)?

The one listing which is visible to me (UK) does not have any tags and the title does not mention knives or blades.

I can only see one item in your store, if I click on a sold item it says it's "not available in your region" it may be due to age restrictions on your item.

I can see all 60 items and add them to my basket and I’m in the Uk. 

looking around your shop does leave lots of questions about your products and the set up of your shop.
