Listings are Active, but when you click on them they are showing SOLD OUT

Anyone else having an issue with listings showing active, but customers are not able to purchase because they're showing sold out?  Tried deactivating/reactivating and reached out to Etsy Help 8 hours ago but have not gotten a response yet.  Pretty frustrating as these are items I sell multiple of a day!!!

Have you checked your listings to make sure they're not showing as 0 items in stock.

Thank you, but that's not the issue.  These items have been relisted to 1 available so they are showing active and in my shop.  When you click on them to view it shows sold out.

and then i clicked on the first item... the bbq chip bag.

and it takes me to the sold out page.

i can not even view the listing at all.

Thank you!  I have several items that are like that in both my shops so I know it can't just be me!  They're items that are hot sellers at the moment so I know I've been missing out on sales all day and am still waiting on Etsy support to contact me 10 hrs later now!

i clicked on 9 items.

6 of them said sold out.

it is random.

and definitely a technical issue.

Thank you both for checking and figuring out that it's not just me.  I wouldn't have known unless I had 2 customers trying to purchase the same item that was showing sold out even though it was active in my listings!  Hoping they can fix it ASAP!

I’m having the same issue! When I called support help, they said it was a technical problem and to just be patient. So they were no help. A little frustrating…

I am not saying this is the issue, but could it be Etsy's new way of dealing with ip and trademark infringement while they review listings? I gotta be honest, the first item I saw looks a lot like the Kool in Kool-Aid. Same font. Etsy stated they were going to sort of deactivate without a full deactivation while they reviewed items. Could this be it?

4 of the listings that have "Kool" are sold out, which might be a clue that something is going on with that word. Do you know how many listings total this is happening to in your shop and are there common themes for those listings?

and it does not look like the kool one.

i did not see any infringements in the shop.

but there are 1900 listings.

and my attention span is 6.

No this isn't it, they will deactivate the listing and it will show up in your deactivated listings and not be in your shop anymore.  You are not able to even copy or relist that listing even when you fix it.  I had the word Grinch in some items last year that got deactivated!

So far, I've only found one item that shows as sold out when you click on it. (Sunny day earrings) 

I haven't checked all my items but certainly will. 

Frustrating as its a popular item and may miss out on sales.

My listings look very odd right now too. I went and had a look at one after reading this post. There are strange tabs layered over other print near the top of the listing that look like options for anybody to make changes to my listing including a delete option, and if you scroll down there is gigantic completely blurred photos of items that are not mine. I tried some of my other listings and some look normal and others look weird. I tried signing in and out to see if that made a difference and then when I tried to find that first odd listing to take a screen shot of it, it looked normal again. It's been as if my shop has been turned off for the last two days, I wonder if this is why?

Same with me.just renewed a listing, went to check and says sold out. It is happening on the browser and not in the app. I guess it must be happening to many shops they just didn't notice yet.  No sales in 7days, I wonder why!

It’s the same in my shop. I found the only way to get it show as available again is to increase the quantity available from 1 to 2.

However, this only seems to happen on a browser. In the Etsy buyer app it’s fine, everything available.

Also only seems to occur with items that have recently sold….so perhaps it’s the Renew Sold function that is the problem.

That's a good point, most of the ones I have an issue with are ones that have recently been relisted because they were purchased!  I'll try adding 2 and see what happens.  Hopefully a work around until they get it fixed!

I'm having the same issue - quantity sets to zero after an item has been sold.  Very frustrating
