I wonder if that person was  using the app maybe? I can see shipping info on the app just not on desktop. I did post to them above asking if they were using app or pc. It may not be a test if they are using app especially since admin chimed in about it but who knows.

@WitticismsRus  That's a good point. In other posts, people said they could see shipping on the App. I'm going to ask them.

@wilshepherd  Are you by chance using the App? Reason I ask, others are saying they can see the shipping while on the App.

@ChillwolfArt @ I was on desktop, Windows 10, Edge.  Haven’t check looking on IPhone. Sure hope this “test” is soon over!!

@WitticismsRus  Uh Oh, it is a stoopid test. On Pg. 5, heavyistheheart said to JustMeToo, "I see shipping on yours, desktop Chrome".  
I am using a desktop, Chrome and do not see shipping.

Still not fixed and now I can't save or publish any of my listings. Keep getting Error Code. Wonderful. I'm trying to get my Christmas listings done in time.

Nope, not seeing any of those details.

Also not seeing the shipping amount when putting something in my cart, but off to the right under How you'll pay it says --

Item Total(s) $xxx

Shipping and tax calculated at checkout

Well, I'm sorry but I want to know how much shipping will be before clicking Proceed to checkout.  Sometimes, when deciding how many items I want to buy from a shop, I'll add and maybe delete items to get an idea of the total shipping amount before I'm ready to proceed.  So I'll have to 'check out' to see the shipping and then go back to add or delete and then check out again until I make a final decision?  Are you kidding?? 

Do the estimated arrival times and return policies show up after proceeding, too?

If this is a test, then it's stupidest test ever.

When websites tell me I have to put something in my cart to see the shipping cost, I generally leave.

@EightMileVintage Exactly!  And due to Etsy's messing around, it's even worse.  You have to go all the way to 'proceed to check out' to find out important info when on Chrome.  Shipping shows in the cart when on Edge, tho.  Why the difference??

I also don't have a shipping price list. It's no surprise that sales are down this week. I blamed the election. I still hope that next week sales will improve

And no way to send the seller a question while you're looking at an item. So yeah, contact seller is on shop home page...  HOW MANY shoppers will navigate over there if they have a question? My guess... abut zero. They'll just move on. Way to kill sales during one of the best shopping months of the year.

Just when I think the freakin' idiocy can't possibly get any worse... it's the NOVEMBER SURPRISE!!!

And also the FAQs section is not visible. Etsy is a joke. 'Let's have all our programmers work on a whole nother mirror website and spend millions on advertising it on during the superbowl and call it "Gift Mode', but let all the other glitches that make the site negligently give wrong info REPEATEDLY'. Brilliant Etsy!

All of our listings force buyers to confirm they read AND agree to the Item Description, FAQs, and Shop Policy, before making a purchase. A lot of the important Terms of the sale are in the FAQs section. Now Etys makes it impossible for customers to even read them?

Oh wait... nevermind. It doesn't matter if they can read them. Whenever a case is opened, Etys ignores any of your terms or policies, despite their own statement: "The buyer can open a case if you're unable to come to a resolution together. Etsy will stand behind your stated policies as long as they align with our policies."

Bhahhahhaha!

I see nothing after "learn more about this item." Everything below that section is missing. No shipping info, no contact info, no policies or FAQs... just blank! I'm on windows 10 desktop and I see the same with Chrome, Firefox and Edge. And adding items to the cart doesn't help... still not showing any shipping info.

Outrageous!!

I just checked again first thing this morning and it is the same as before I went to bed last night.....I looked incognito in my shop in firefox W11 from laptop and no shipping price until basket selected and no ships from details.  I checked incognito in the app for the same item, and all the usual (essential) info is visible.  Test or another huge blunder?! Who knows, as we are always the last to be informed of what's going on.

I now see shipping charges after adding items to the cart, but only when I'm logged in. I don't see them at all incognito. Where does that leave guest checkout or new buyers who don't have an account yet? The Waldo commercial is running constantly in NY right now, bringing potential buyers to a broken site.

For the record, all of the other info I mentioned is still missing.

In addition, for those shops not accepting returns, there is no information, it is just blank.

Shops accepting returns, have a tiny blue tick with returns accepted near the top of their listing page.

How are customers supposed to figure this out? 

All information should be easy to find for customers, cost, policies & location

Has anyone else had a complete crash in sales and activity while this is going on? I’ve dropped off a Cliff, last week I could hardly keep up with sales, this week I’m in the minus after listing fees- unheard of for a Friday!
