I don't have shipping rates listed either. No wonder sales are down this week. I was blaming it on the election. I was interested in something on etsy this morning and didn't purchase because I couldn't find the shipping rate. I thought it had been done intentionally by the seller (which just put me off)! Way to go, etsy at killing sales! You would think after having the site for 19 years, you would have figured it all out.
For goodness sake etsy what on earth is going on!!! nearly every day something is wrong on this site, but this is just self destructive... what numpty is playing around on a keyboard there?
I did have a sale this morning at 8:30 Pacific time. I was just reading the forums and saw this situation. So I checked my shop and a few others just now and I don't see any shipping price. Please don't let this be a new feature of Etsy. I always look at the shipping price right after I look at the item price.
I was wondering about that ... trying a different browser ... Chrome vs Edge, nothing changed. And viewing on my iphone, there are several blue & black "placeholders" where it should say shipping info (I think). This is just getting weirder by the minute!
@TBQSC I'm using Chrome and I don't have shipping rates showing either. I would never hit "add to cart" without that information, and I don't think many others would either. I want to make informed purchases.
@JustMeToo yep and even Etsy says "transparency is key" ... therefore ANY & ALL information pertaining to a listing should be CLEARLY visible to all buyers so they can make informed decisions, without having to add to cart first!
Thank You for the weird Heads Up. After your post, I went into one of my listings. Sure enough, no Shipping Price to be found. Under Item Details, there is a blank space. I then went into my Shop Mgr. > Settings > Shipping Profiles (because you never know); but that appears to be left alone. I then went into Listings (to check if my Profiles were still assigned to my items, because you never know:) Still there. *(desktop computer, Chrome).
I hope this is fixed soon, because this couldn't come at a worse time.
ETA: Delayed reaction here, there is no Contact Seller (I didn't notice first time around).
I don't know anymore. There is a new Announcement (push for connecting to Square, just like the push for the App with all of its glitches). But there are just too many issues, with Support being practically non existing.
Back on track here. Sellers shouldn't have to check and re-check their listings to make sure parts (vital parts) aren't missing from one day to another. Can't blame that on the election or the economy. There comes a point when continuous tinkering (and glitches which most certainly follow); enough is enough.

Someone is playing with this again. Wish the old CEO had never given the staff free reign to do whatever they want when the want. Soemtimes their little changes are a major bummer.
